Cancellation Policy

Living Fabulously reserves the right to cancel any services or programs up to five working days prior to the scheduled commencement date.


Should a service or program be cancelled, every effort will be made to provide the participant with a suitable alternative. 


In the event that a suitable alternative cannot be found, your payment will be refunded less any Stripe or PayPal fees incurred as part of processing the transaction.


Cancellations received in writing at least five working days prior to the scheduled service or online program start date will be eligible for a refund.


Online programs have a fixed number of days to cancel the agreement to be eligible for a refund.


Purchases are not transferable.


Note: Some services have a specific cancellation and refund policy which are included in the signed agreement.

Refund Policy

By consumer law, change of mind or change of situation are not a reason for refund. Every effort will be made to provide the participant with a suitable alternative.


Purchased eBooks and Digital Courses are not refundable once received.


Upon termination of mentoring services and a request for refund, at the time of request any pre-paid services that have not been fulfilled within 3 months of payment will be refunded to the Client within 30 business days as a gesture of goodwill.


Any fulfilled online programs or services, approved services, or incurred expenses, will not be refunded.


Refunds do not apply to missed appointments or forfeited consultation bookings.


Refunds will not be provided for sessions or work already completed for the Client.


All eligible refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis. This will be determined by the payments made by the Client, the time or number of sessions remaining in the package and the elapsed time since payment.


Your payment will be refunded less any Stripe or PayPal fees incurred as part of processing the transaction plus a $200 admin fee.


Refunds will be made via the method in which Living Fabulously was paid.
